The Repair Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding client support involving repairs and service requests. The Repair Specialist supports watchmakers and jewelers by facilitating the service process in the store with our manufacturers. The Repair Specialist will assign repair requests to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
