Service Consultant
Ensure excellent client service to all stores or vendors by coordinating, prioritizing, communicating, and following up on all Service Orders. This position is also required to coordinate tasks and responsibilities with other members of the Retail Service Group to achieve Department goals and Objectives.
Responsibilities
This role entails providing complete customer service support to internal and external clients and customers while adhering to company processes and policies. Our ideal candidate can stay organized in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly as they will play a major part in the success of the store.
1.Client Repairs
a. Process incoming in-house repairs (input descriptions, conditions, work to be done and take pictures)
b. Check that all client’s concerns are addressed prior to entering the estimate
c. Enter estimates into the Repair System
d. Make sure all estimates are communicated to the Store team via notes and email.
e. Process approvals and no jobs daily
f. Communicate with the stores and vendors on a timely manner
g. Issue watchmakers work weekly, track those jobs are within the timeframe specified to the client.
h. Follow up work in progress to make sure all jobs are invoiced and delivered on time
2. Process all Strap orders / Findings at least twice a week
3. Department Support
a. Assist with Quality Control when needed
b. Support other team members as needed
4. Participate in inventory taking process, stock, non-stock, and repairs.
5. Factory Repairs (Watch and Jewelry)
a. Ship to Factories
b. Follow up on a weekly basis
c. Update Stores with status
d. Update Cost in the system
e. Ship back to store
6. Technical Support
a. Bracelet Sizing
Knowledge and Skills required
Education
High School diploma required, some College Preferred Job Title
Experience
Experience in Customer Service is Required (3-5 years)
Skills
Strong organizational, customer service and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High energy, self-motivated and outgoing personality
Strong Computer skills, Web Navigation, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) SAP
Ability to coordinate with other components of the RSG
Ability to make independent decisions
Ability to multitask daily on a fast-paced environment
Excellent judgment skills
Working Conditions and Environment:
Be able to work a 40-hour workweek, must be able to work overtime when needed.
