showrooms across the US, including 24 dedicated mono-brand boutiques in partnership with brands such as Rolex, OMEGA,
TAG Heuer, Tudor, Grand Seiko and Breitling plus three e-commerce websites.

J o b P u r p o s e
As a Regional Manager, you are responsible for multiple high value businesses across a given geography, ensuring our purpose
and values are delivered though our Showroom and Boutique Teams. You drive the business performance across all your
showrooms and boutiques using entrepreneurial strategies, driving high standards and a collaborative approach. You ensure
all showrooms and boutiques under your direction, work together to deliver a seamless team performance between sales,
operations, support and clients which delivers the business objectives. You spot and nurture talent.
C o r e A c c o u n t a b i l i t i e s
Together with your Regional Director, you are accountable for the Region’s performance in providing our Xenia Client
experience; you lead your team to deliver world class client experience, going the extra mile for every client and working
across your Region to seek solutions for clients and drive sustainable business. You are a Brand Ambassador, ensuring
showroom and boutique teams deliver Brand expectations.
Using your commercial acumen, you actively drive business performance by ensuring excellent planning, operational
management and delivery by retail teams. You lead high sales / high profit businesses and are accountable for the standards
expected in a luxury retail environment. You ensure the smooth operation of your showrooms and boutiques by holding
your teams to account to meet your high operational standards. You effectively drive high performance through your leaders,
being a visible leader yourself and encouraging your direct reports to role model high performance leadership.
You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:
• Leading, motivating and coaching the showroom and boutique leaders to increase sales, improve efficiency, spot and nurture talent and deliver performance against KPIs and sales targets.
• Ensure business objectives and communications are understood and driven in an effective manner though your Region.
• Understand local trends to continuously challenge your showroom leaders to evolve their business plans to deliver sustainable business performance
• Coaching and challenging showroom and boutique leaders to ensure operating processes and procedures are streamlined, meet and exceed our standards and are consistent in their execution
• Build high value client networks and ensure showroom and boutique teams build their networks, implement effective PR events and promote key brands to our client base
• Ensure product allocation and targets are fair and relevant, and that colleagues know and understand our bonus and commission schemes so that they are effective motivators and reward mechanisms
• With your Regional Director, analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profit, identifying opportunities to drive better performance and put in plans to deliver this
Essential Experience and Attributes
• Accomplished retail leader, with showroom leadership experience
• Commercially astute with a proven ability for sales, clientelling and maximizing events/PR
• Proven ability of managing costs and driving efficiency opportunity
• Natural problem solver and adept at solving complex problems in a multi-site context
• Experience of building and nurturing high-value client relationships and can role model this for teams
• Able to demonstrate examples of coaching and development of leaders and talent that have resulted in elevation in role and/or succession
• Delivered business results through high performing teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedicated to creating memorable moments and experiences for clients
• IT literate
Desirable Experience and Attributes
• Led retail operations in a luxury environment, meeting \luxury client expectations
• Broad internal/external network with the ability to bring in new business and nurture business with existing clients
• Retail experience in luxury jewelry/watch trade or high value / highly desirable products and pieces
• Advanced selling skills and negotiation skills
• Passion for jewelry and watch pieces

continuing the Group’s commitment to philanthropic investment in a focused range of charitable causes. The Foundation,
