Producer, Brand Partnerships
As the Producer, Brand Partnerships your primary responsibilities include creative and logistical production of Branded Content projects for the Brand Partnership team. The scope of work includes the ideation and coordination of photo and video shoots, ensuring that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and client expectations (both internal and external) are exceeded. The producer has a creative mindset and is an adept communicator who is organized and can translate a crystal-clear vision to clients, editors, producers, senior leadership, on-camera talent, crew, and freelancers.
Responsibilities
• Manage content productions from beginning to end- budgeting, scheduling, scoping, and planning all creative components- crew, writers, designers, and more.
• Concept, commission, and art/creative direct shoots based on project KPIs, budget, and timeline.
• Work with a Production Partner or Photographer / Content Creator to source locations, permits, equipment, vendors, and crew for shoots and manage all contracts, agreements, and protocol associated with Branded Content projects.
• Own and balance budgets for a variety of Brand Partnerships projects; negotiate rates, track spending, reconcile charges, and submit invoices.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing products for shoots
• Creative development and project manage all branded content projects including but not limited to:
o Partner with Seller, Creative, Editorial, and Social on Campaign Implementation.
o Strong communication with Clients on feedback, approvals, and scheduling.
o Manage projects internal facing documents/tools (ie: Intake Form, Monday.com Boards, Social Launch Doc, etc.).
o Budget management.
o Client facing proposal decks, branded content creative briefs, monitor / track performance of branded content and recap decks for clients.
o Part of Brand Partnerships team brainstorms. Lead in ideation of new ideas and content layouts.
o Create and manage Partner contracts - Writers, Photographers, Designers, etc.
o Develop / create Social Copy and Content Amplification Units (Canva, Photoshop, etc)
o Publish social assets to Hodinkee Instagram, Facebook, etc.
o Manage execution of Brand Partnership Events from assisting the team in pre-sale through execution and post-event amplification / reporting.
▪ Responsibilities include: Ensuring a positive client experience. Lead in client communication, set timeline, manage the run of show, handle design of digital invite, set invite list and monitor rsvp's. Handle post event amplification and reporting / recap deck. Travel to events may be required.
▪ Using Klaviyo, manage guest lists and invite lists with specific targeted parameters.
▪ Manage freelance writer to create GATHERINGS article and Social amplification
o Monitor and track performance of each program / article and social components, and optimize / adjust strategy based on performance.
o Manage execution of Brand Partnership Audience Surveys (1-2 per year). Assist team in pre-sale through execution and post-survey reporting.
▪ Responsibilities include: Ensuring a positive client experience. Be the main contact between Hodinkee's 3rd party survey expert and client. Set the timeline and monitor each element of execution / process to ensure success.
Qualifications
● 5+ years producing digital content and activations; creative agency experience a plus.
● Highly organized with superb problem-solving skills.
● Experience as the creative lead working with writers, producers, photographers, directors, and designers.
● Ability to provide and receive creative feedback that is clear and actionable.
● Strong collaborative skills, as well as the ability to delegate and prioritize effectively.
● Ability to think conceptually and to execute exceptionally.
● Global network of reliable and professional creatives and production professionals.
● Experience with negotiating, materials licensing, film/production permitting, and production logistics across photography and film.
● A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and an inventive approach to storytelling
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
● Experience in Canva, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Frame.io, and Figma a plus.
