Under the general supervision of the IT Infrastructure Manager, the Infrastructure Specialist is responsible to provide support and excellent customer service to Watches of Switzerland Group computer users. In addition, the Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for answering and logging of incoming calls, on-line problem solving when possible and, re-routing incoming calls to technical support and programmers when necessary. The Infrastructure Specialist will also perform technical support of the local area network, maintains, and supports PCs, printers and all other pieces of hardware related to IT including but not limited to stores and POS equipment. Technical support encompasses basic administration tasks such as username and password administration through and including complex technical tasks such as upgrades to servers/PCs, software installation/configuration, troubleshooting and more.
