Visual Merchandising Contractor 

The Visual Merchandising Contractor plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence through strategic 
and impactful visual displays. Focused on luxury goods, this role requires a blend of creative flair and 
meticulous execution to align with corporate visual merchandising directives. They will work closely with 
retail teams, oversee third-party installations, and manage props for various events and store projects, 
ensuring that brand standards are consistently upheld.
The number of working hours will vary depending on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visits to showrooms and event spaces as required to support retail teams with visual merchandising initiatives.
• Implement corporate visual merchandising directives in showrooms, windows, and event spaces, including tasks such as propping, product placement, and the installation of graphics, vinyl, signage, and other visual elements.
• Oversee third-party installers to ensure compliance with brand standards and address any visual-related inquiries, which may involve overnight work. 
• Assist retail teams with product placement in accordance with brand or corporate guidelines.
• Provide support for showrooms, events, and store opening/remodel projects through effective prop management as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the luxury goods sector.
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and execute visual displays that elevate brand presentation.
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset to effectively address and resolve unforeseen challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to relay corporate direction to retail teams and to relay retail needs and opportunities to corporate.
• Physical ability to lift and move items over 30 lbs and climb ladders as required.
• Proficiency in basic smartphone photography for documenting and sharing visual merchandising work in a professional manner.

• Salary: $20.00 - $41.00 per hour depending on experience
