Job Purpose

The Total Rewards and Compensation Manager will be a key partner in shaping competitive and innovative total compensation programs that attract and retain top talent across multiple states. This role ensures our pay practices reflect our brand’s prestige while driving performance and compliance. We believe that rewarding talent is as important as inspiring it and design compensation programs that recognize performance, foster growth, and celebrate success.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in luxury retail or similar industry.
Expertise in total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans.
Multi-state experience with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; experience with compensation modeling and analytics.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
