Retail Operations Manager (1373)

Job Purpose

At The Watches of Switzerland Group, the Retail Operations Manager plays a critical role in setting up our retail teams for success. This position reports to and will assist the Director of Retail Operations to continuously improve operations within our showrooms to enhance the client experience and deliver a distinct competitive advantage in the industry. To achieve this goal, this position will help develop and implement relevant standards, tools, training, and communications. In addition to process and procedures work, the Retail Operations Manager will participate in various system improvement initiatives and/or implementations.
The successful candidate will be a motivated performer with a background in operations who has a passion to increase efficiencies, eliminate waste and standardize processes across the WOS Group USA all with the goal to delight clients and motivate colleagues.
The Retail Operations Manager partners closely with Retail Leadership, Inventory Control, Finance, IT, Asset Protection and Facilities to provide clear and consistent guidance to all WOSG showrooms.

This is an on-site position. 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail industry experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of operational experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Excellent planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgement with ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Strong project management skills, and the ability to create accountability and deliver results to plan
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of management
  • Ability to influence without authority, when necessary
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel to locations within USA to assist with setup, training and retail support
