Retail Learning & Communication Platform Lead (1287)
Job Purpose
The Retail Learning & Communication Platform Lead will lead the launch, management, and ongoing evolution of a newly introduced brand learning and communication platform designed for our retail partners across the Roberto Coin network. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, digital platform management, and brand storytelling — translating luxury brand standards into compelling, accessible learning experiences that elevate the knowledge, confidence, and performance of those who represent our brands at the point of sale.
Responsibilities
Technical
•Own end-to-end administration of the brand learning platform, including configuration, user provisioning, enrollment management, course publishing, and reporting, ensuring 99%+ platform uptime and accuracy of user data.
•Customize the platform's look, feel, and user interface to align with brand guidelines and luxury standards, partnering with brand stakeholders on visual presentation, navigation, and digital experience.
•Evaluate and integrate new platform features, third-party tools, and emerging learning technologies to enhance retail partner engagement and learning outcomes.
Cultivates Innovation
•Design, develop, and produce e-learning modules, microlearning assets, video content, infographics, and interactive resources using authoring tools while applying adult learning theory to every program.
•Create engagement content for the platform's communication module — including announcements, brand news, campaigns, contests, and recognition — to drive platform adoption and sustained user activity.
•Build and refresh brand resource libraries (product knowledge, brand heritage, selling tools, visual merchandising guides) in close partnership with brand teams.
Client Focus
•Serve as the primary point of contact and technical support resource for retail partners using the platform, resolving inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and a service-first mindset.
•Develop onboarding journeys, welcome communications, and self-service knowledge resources that ensure every retail partner has a seamless first-time and ongoing experience on the platform.
•Gather voice-of-the-user feedback through surveys, focus groups, and usage analytics to inform platform and content roadmap decisions.
Collaborates
•Partner with sales team to translate brand-required training and storytelling into platform-ready content that protects brand equity and elevates retail execution.
•Work cross-functionally with the U.S. L&D, Sales, and Marketing to align learning initiatives with broader business goals and ensure consistent global standards.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and platform providers to scope, schedule, and quality-assure deliverables.
Optimizes Work Processes
•Manage user lifecycles (creation, enrollment, role assignment, deactivation), audit access on a recurring cadence, and maintain accurate organizational hierarchies within the platform.
•Build and maintain SOPs, governance documents, and a content style guide that ensure scalable, repeatable platform operations as the user base grows.
•Track learning KPIs — including enrollment rates, completion rates, time-to-competency, learner satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and content engagement — and produce monthly dashboards for leadership.
Action Oriented
•Lead the platform launch in partnership with the Senior Manager, including go-to-market communications, retail partner onboarding, training-the-trainer sessions, and post-launch optimization.
•Drive platform adoption across the retail partner network, setting and meeting targets for active users, course completions, and engagement module participation.
Communicates Effectively
•Author clear, on-brand written and visual communications across the platform, ensuring tone, terminology, and presentation reflect a luxury sensibility.
•Deliver virtual and in-person platform training, demos, and walkthroughs to retail leaders, sales team, and brand partner stakeholders.
Other
•Business related travel when necessary
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
•3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or digital learning platform management, with a portfolio of e-learning or digital content samples.
•Demonstrated proficiency with Learning Management Systems (Yoobic strongly preferred; comparable platforms such as Docebo, Workday Learning, or SAP SuccessFactors considered).
•Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring and content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Genially, Canva, or similar.
•Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to visual detail and brand consistency.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience supporting retail, luxury, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
•Familiarity with video production and editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Synthesia).
•Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SCORM/xAPI standards.
•Experience launching a new learning platform or managing platform implementation/migration projects.
•Exposure to internal communications, employee engagement, or community management.
