Process Improvement and Integration Manager (0256)

The Process Improvement & Integration Manager plays a critical role in driving efficient growth through continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance the customer experience and deliver a distinct competitive advantage in the industry. In addition, this position will participate in merger & acquisition (‘M&A’) projects and will lead all post-acquisition integration activities.

The successful candidate will be a motivated performer with a background in operations who has a passion to increase efficiencies, eliminate waste and standardize processes all with the goal to delight customers and motivate employees. This role will be responsible for multiple cross-functional streams of work, identification and resolution issues and the mitigation of risks where they pose a significant threat to success.
