Job Purpose

The Logistics and Ecommerce Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing logistics and operational strategies that support retail and ecommerce growth. This role oversees logistics operations, fraud prevention, and carrier partnerships, while leading high
performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across all ecommerce store fronts.

Flexibility to support business needs is expected, including occasional meetings or activities outside of standard business hours when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and ecommerce.
• Experience in sales order management and fraud prevention.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with SAP, Shopify, and fraud protection platforms.
