IT SAP Support Analyst – Retail and Logistics (1152)
Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled SAP Support Analyst to join our expanding US luxury retail operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong SAP ECC Retail experience, particularly in logistics and inventory management, who can also support integrations across financial systems, repair platforms, and other operational tools.
As the in-region SAP subject matter expert, you will support retail stores, distribution centers, and finance teams. You will handle second-line support escalations, configure new store setups, resolve logistics and inventory issues, and collaborate with global IT teams to maintain and enhance our SAP template. Experience with system integrations such as ShipERP, Diaspark, and ecommerce platforms is highly valued.
Essential Experience and Attributes
- Minimum of 5 years SAP ECC experience in a retail and logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC IS-Retail, MM, SD, WM, and FI modules
- Experience with SAP logistics flows including goods receipt, stock transfers, returns, and inventory reconciliation
- Familiarity with SAP FI processes and audit requirements
- Hands-on experience with system integration tools including ShipERP and repair systems such as Diaspark
- Proficient in IDOC troubleshooting and SE16N table navigation
- Comfortable using Jira and Microsoft Office 365 including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Preferred Experience and Attributes
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and SAP CRM
- Understanding of retail payment flows, consumer finance, and sales tax systems such as SOVOS
- Exposure to ecommerce and omnichannel retail processes
- Familiarity with audit-grade documentation and compliance frameworks
- Working knowledge of Concur for expense and travel management
