Client Financial Service Representative (0516)

Client Service Representative

Client Financial Service Representative verifies and processes third party electronic sales orders via Pay by Link for merchandise and services. The Client Financial Service Representative also processes and maintains client files up to date with accounts and financial data changes. The Client Financial Service Representative documents and resolves client issues and disputes, ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.


  • You will be a constant role model ensuring that every client – both internal and external – receives the exceptional customer service.
  • Your role includes identifying, sharing and spreading best practice throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork across the Group network.
  • Completion of all training requirements through E learning and other sources
  • Verifies third-party Pay by link orders for merchandise and services
  • Verifies and processes private label phone orders for merchandise and services
  • Verifies and processes personal, business, and cashier’s checks
  • Verifies and clears large cash transaction reports per Anti-Money Laundering Policy
  • Verifies and clears New Vendor Requests as per Anti-Money Laundering Policy
  • Processes and maintains internal client electronic files
  • Assist with sales slip/chargeback retrievals
  • Assist with Tax Exempt address verifications
  • Performs other assigned tasks, store requests as well as special projects and related duties as required.
  • Work schedule consists of retail hours nights and weekends on a rotation basis. Remote work may be required.

Essential Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum Two-year college degree in Finance, Business or relevant field experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Advanced Excel skills, especially with formulas and
  • Strong analytical
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft
