The Client Experience Coordinator faces the challenge of delivering a World Class Client Experience to all. Operating in a professional manner and utilizing exceptional communication skills to engage the client they will have excellent client facing and interpersonal skills. They must constantly deliver new ways of surprising and delighting clients. They will be well presented and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude that is infectious both to the client and colleagues alike.
