Business Analyst

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Analyst to lead system continuity, integration, and support across luxury retail, ecommerce, and watchmaking service environments. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence across a complex ecosystem of platforms including POS, SAP ECC IS-Retail, Diaspark ERP (Retail & Workshop Repair), ShipERP, Shopify, Jira.Candidates must demonstrate validated experience in Retail processes and Retail applications.

Key Responsibilities

POS Systems & Operational Support
Document existing POS processes. Provide day-to-day support, issue resolution, and process guidance across:

Diaspark ERP – Retail & Workshop Repair

• • Retail: Order management, invoicing, pricing, customer workflows
    → Integrated with BossLogic, Big Network and TrueCommerce EDI
  • Workshop Repair: Intake validation, estimate generation, labor cost modeling, technician assignment, part consumption, SAP cost integratio
  • Additional Systems
  • Pitney Bowes: Package intake, labeling, logistics workflows
  • Yoobic: Store operations and task management
  • CRM: Customer lifecycle management, segmentation, history
  • Shopify: Ecommerce workflows, fraud controls (Signifyd)
  • PreBilt: Mobile warehouse operations
  • Jira & ActiveControl: Change control and deployment governance
  • NICE & Balto: Contact center support and AI agent workflows
  • All other projects and responsibilities as assigned by management

Business Analysis & Lifecycle Ownership

• Document workflows
• Capture business requirements and lead solution evaluations
• Develop business cases and support implementation planning
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational reporting

Required Qualifications

• College degree in information systems, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years IT/Retail Operations experience across retail and service domains
• Familiarity with luxury watchmaking and service operations
• Experience with platforms such as: POS, SAP ECC IS-Retail, Diaspark ERP (Retail & Workshop Repair), ShipERP, Shopify, Jira.
• Proficient in English
