The Learning and Development Team assists the individuals by providing resources and training in the areas of product knowledge, professional selling and client service skills, management development, personal development and systems training. These are offered through our eLearning curriculum, classroom training, brand partner in-store coaching sessions and distant learning through the national-recognized Gemological Institute of America.
