E-Commerce and Client Service Representative

E-Commerce and Client Service Representative responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders. This role will assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available. The E-Commerce and Client Service Representative documents and resolves customer problems. Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. Additionally, E-Commerce and Client Service Representative verifies and processes third party electronic sales orders via Pay by Link for merchandise and services. Also, processes and maintains client files up to date with accounts and financial data changes.

This role is expected to be mostly in office but offers the ability to work remote (from home) a few days a week.
